HERE'S HOW OUR MONTHLY MEDITATION JOURNEYS WORK...
Each month, you will benefit from a different theme. Within the monthly theme, you will have access to a set of 30 meditations.
Beginning on the first day of each month, you will receive a daily email with a direct link to your daily meditation. Your 30 meditations are housed within your member area, which you have unlimited access to.
You can choose to listen to one meditation each day or you can browse the 30 meditations and listen to any of them as much as you want throughout the month.
Note: If you join partway through the month, you will not receive that month's emails for the full 30 days - only until the end of the month.

To give you a well-rounded experience, a variety of meditation techniques have been incorporated into this series... mindfulness, visualizations, yoga nidra, body scans, hypnosis, positive affirmations.
As always, headphones are highly recommended because the soothing background music contains binaural beats and brainwave entrainment technology, which can bring you into a relaxed and focused state of receptivity.
