By turning our focus inward, we awaken to the truth of who we are and connect more deeply with our body, mind, heart, and soul.
Through this connection, we can release old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us and make space for inner wisdom and inspiration to guide us forward.
Through a daily practice of meditation, we gain a respite from the busyness of life and an opportunity to cultivate a more compassionate approach to ourselves and others.
As we transform from the inside out, we become more present, aware, and peaceful in our daily lives.
WHAT DO MEMBERS RECEIVE?
HERE'S HOW OUR MONTHLY MEDITATION JOURNEYS WORK...
Each month, you will benefit from a different theme. Within the monthly theme, you will have access to a set of 30 meditations.
Beginning on the first day of each month, you'll receive a daily email with a direct link to your daily meditation. Your 30 meditations are housed within your member area, which you have unlimited access to.
You can choose to listen to one meditation each day or you can explore the 30 meditations and listen to any of them as much as you want throughout the month.
Note: If you join in the middle of the month, you will not receive that month's emails for the full 30 days - only until the end of the month.
Then, on the first day of the next month, you'll start fresh with a new set of 30 empowering meditations.
